It had been a long, too long in fact, time since Melody had entered the school music room. Yet, strange though it may seem, here she was, strolling through the blue doors as if nothing had changed, well - maybe not as though nothing had changed - but she was definatly walking throught the doors.
Her soft brown eyes darted over the surroundings, taking in the familiar bluey-grey walls, and cold cream floor tiles. Everything was exactly s it had been a few months ago, when Melody had last been in here...
Melody blinked hard. She knew it had been a mistake to come here, too many memories, but she was hear now, and she couldn't go back. She crossed the room to a familiar red guitar. Next to it, proped against a shiny stand, was a dark grey base.
This time, Melody closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths before re-opening them. She felt light headed and dizzy, but continued round the room, running her hand across both guitars, as she went. In the far corner was a deep blue drum kit. Coming to a pause in front of, Melody closed her eyes, this time expecting the memories that flodded towards her.
Coming here had just been a huge mistake. Melody opened her eyes and tucked a stray stand of her mocha coloured hair behind her ears. As she did so, her hands shooke uncontrolable. she shouldn't have come. she shouldn't be here. But it was too late now. She had come all the way here, so she may as well stay.

"Sing it girl," a delicate young 15 year old, her hair a natural golden blonde, grinned across at her friend, cuing the opening to a song so farmiliar to the two of them they could have sung it backwards. Obliging, a girl with maocha coloured hair and soft brown eyes came closer to the mike, parting her lips slightly to sing the first few lines.

Two guys entered the room where the two girls were stood. The first had messy, slightly long blonde hair and oceanic blue eyes, the second, hair as short and perfect as the other's was long and messy, had deep brown eyes, which darted around the room before locking on the blonde girl. "Hey," he said, a grin playing on his lips. "Hey yourself," the girl replied strolling over to him.
This time, Melody closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths before re-opening them. She felt light headed and dizzy, but continued round the room, running her hand across both guitars, as she went. "Um guys? We're suposed to be practising here!" The other girl grinned light-heartedly and turned to face a a final guy with spikedblack hair in a white hoodie, sat behind a drum kit. "You just can't get the staff these days can you? First two turn up late, then, when they finally arrive A HALF HOUR AFTER THEY WERE 'SPOSED TO they see fit to distact everyone who acctually managed to turn up." she rolled her eyes as she spoke, and glanced back to the blonde guy smirking flirtatiously. "So go on then, tell me your utterly amazing excuse. What was it this time? You forgot how to get here?"
